LOGISTICS
PORTS OF INTEREST
There has been an identified need for transportation of frozen, perishable, and dry products overseas. We are designing a shipping line to service mid-size specialized terminals in a vast array of lucrative geographic locations. We will be primarily focused on bringing U.S. proteins and textiles down to Mexico and South America. Our backhauls will transport beer, flowers, fruits, organic fruits, and textiles back to the United States.
MEXICO LOGISTICS
Our goal is to drop off up to 400 reefers at the Port of Vera Cruz bi-monthly. From drop off, they can either be put on chassis into trucks or cross-loaded to transport them to a cold storage facility around Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey for distribution to designed locations in Mexico. The Port of Vera Cruz is an ideal location becuase it has more than half of Mexico's distribution centers within close proximity.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC LOGISTICS
There are many different possibilities for shipping routes but most of them include a route from the Dominican Republic to the United States. This will supply the U.S. with organic produce (primarily bananas) and open up the possibility of specializing in imports to the U.S. instead of just exports.
PHASE 2 EXPANSION
Phase 2 of the expansion would occur after shipping services have been established among the U.S., Mexico, Central America, and South America. The new phase would include crossing the Atlantic to target Africa since the majority of Africa's global trade is conducted via maritime ports. The image of the left is only one of many different possible routes that will be reevaluated to match industry trends upon official expansion.
